Caregiver Cards Return/Refund Policy
Caregiver Cards values our relationship with you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you want to return the product you have purchased from us, please contact us and we will help with resolution of your concern and satisfaction.
Any product may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that it is unused, and in like new condition.
Damaged or Error in Processing Orders
If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, contact us describing the damage, and ship the product back to us. We will ship out another product of the same type that was ordered. We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or if the product is defective or damaged.
Refunds or Returning an Opened Product
If you are unsatisfied with the product in itself but it has occurred no damage or defect, you may return the product and we will issue a refund of the sales price minus a restocking fee. We will not pay for return shipping, and original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on opened products that are returned back to our facility.
Any cancellations must be reported within 24 hours after your order is submitted. Orders cannot be credited after 24 hours of purchase.
If you still want to cancel the order after 24 hours and the item has not yet shipped , we will process this as a refund policy and charge a 15% restocking fee. If the item has already shipped then return the product unopened and we will refund the item cost only. We will not refund shipping costs to and from.
Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed and money credited back to your account.
